Buskoll has many sophisticated features to facilitate your working day. The intention is to make it as easy as possible to get a structured way of working up and running, both to create the security of not missing an important task, and to free up resources that can be spent on the actual operations.
Part of this is about keeping track of what needs to be done. Simple tasks, or recurring and complex processes with different people responsible for each sub-task. Everything is collated in the to-do list on the day it is to be done. But it is also about features that make it easier to prioritise and plan, or re-plan, work.
Buskoll also has several features adapted for efficient and quality-assured management work. Making it both easy and safe to send tasks to each other, and to get a quick overview of the workload in the organisation. In addition, there are several opportunities to follow up the status of optional tasks, for example with automatic acknowledgements. This means that Buskoll can also be used as a powerful tool for introducing new policies and regulations in a large organisation. Compliance & control has never been easier!
SIMPLE TASKS OR TRICKY PROCESSES
Buskoll is built to handle all kinds of tasks. Everything from simple things, like calling someone, to recurring and complicated processes with many sub-tasks that need to be completed at different times and have different people responsible. This means that Buskoll can be used for all types of businesses, regardless of sector.
OVERDUE TASKS ARE NOT MISSED
In Buskoll, overdue tasks turn red and are automatically moved to “today” until they have been cleared. In addition, you will receive a push notification, or an e-mail if you wish, as soon as a task becomes overdue. This means that the risk of missing something that needs to be done is minimised, at least if you have Buskoll…
DAILY TO-DO LIST
One of the many features that make Buskoll unique is that all users always have their own daily to-do list for the entire year. All tasks are collected on the days they are to be done instead of being in a long list of everything to be done regardless of day.
And thanks to the fact that all future occurrences of recurring tasks are also displayed for several years to come, it is also possible to plan the work in advance. For example, you can already change the person responsible for tasks for future time off, or move tasks to a day when you have more time to do them.
AUTOMATIC PUBLIC HOLIDAY MANAGEMENT
Another feature of Buskoll is the ability to make clever frequency selections for recurring tasks. For example, you can decide in advance whether a recurring task should be deleted, moved or left when it falls on a public holiday.
Ideal for things that really need to be done before a certain date, if it falls on a public holiday Buskoll automatically moves it to the previous day.
SHARE TASKS WITH SOMEONE ELSE
Another great feature of Buskoll is that you can share a task with someone else. It then appears in both of their to-do lists for them both to take care of. A very handy feature if someone is away sick for a short time, as two people can make sure the job gets done and is not missed.
HIGH UP ON THE TO-DO LIST, NOT FAR DOWN IN THE INBOX
E-mail is great for a lot of things, but not for efficient work management. Send tasks with Buskoll instead. That way they go straight into the recipient’s to-do list and are not at risk of getting lost in an Inbox, or ending up as spam.
In addition, acknowledgements can be obtained when the tasks have been received, cleared or is overdue. That is what we call smarter work management in practice.

Sometimes you need to know when someone else will finish their task, or if it will be overdue. In Buskoll, that is not problem. Provided you have the right permissions, simply select the type of acknowledgement you want and it will appear as soon as the status changes.

MANAGE OTHER PEOPLE’S TASKS
With Buskoll installed on your computer, it is easy to manage other people’s tasks for those who have the right authorisation. Simply enter the “Plan” view and choose whose tasks you want to manage and take the necessary action, for example, sending tasks to a colleague when someone is unable to do them due to absence.
It is also possible to get a quick overview of the situation throughout the company. Just select several people in “Plan” view and all their tasks will be displayed at the same time. This makes it easy to find important tasks that are behind.
There are certain tasks, or processes, that you are pretty sure you know you will have to do again at some point, but not quite sure when. For such tasks it is handy to be able to a save them as a template and use it when it is necessary. For example, the checklist for everything that needs to be done when hiring new staff, or the steps for creating a quote. Templates can also be made common for everyone in the company to use.
