Do not send tasks by e-mail, use Buskoll instead
Why then, you may ask…? Well, because in Buskoll the tasks are added straight to the recipient’s to-do list and not further and further down the e-mail, or into the recycling bin.
In addition, the recipient cannot do anything else in Buskoll before accepting or rejecting a submitted task (it is then sent back to the sender). What then happens in practical terms is that a “Work received” dialogue box appears while the rest of the system is frozen. However, once the sent task has been processed, i.e. accepted or rejected, the system will work as usual again.
As if that was not enough, there is another reason. If the sender wants, they can also choose an automatic acknowledgement (accepted, completed or overdue) when the task is sent and then receive a push notification as soon as the task changes status (received, completed or overdue).
So now you know why it is much better to send tasks via Buskoll instead of by e-mail…
